On November 19, 2020, HEI instructors of VilniusTech – Prof. Jelena Stankevi膷ien臈, Prof. Daiva Jurevi膷ien臈, Assoc. Prof. Agn臈 Vaiciukevi膷i奴t臈, Assoc. Prof. Lidija Kraujalien臈 and Lecturer Kristina Kovait臈 – delivered the training to intermediary managers in how to carry out corporate changes as business models that support the operationalization of the new tools, by use of the online business model guideline.
 

Communication, ICT and office staff in the intermediary organizations received introductions to the Toolbox Portal functionalities and to the basic elements in the toolboxes. The intermediary representatives were introduced to all project tools details, with special attention to the counselling toolbox and the expected comparative advantages seen from the owner-managers' perspective. In addition, they were introduced to the guideline for transnational networking and cooperation, with concrete initiatives from the intermediaries to how the owner-managers can profit from transnational networking and cooperation. During the seminar was demonstrated that the online portal is qualified for full-scale provision of the expected institutional and systematic impact. All tool elements were activated in a broad-spectred action plan with the purpose to make intermediary partners ready for operationalizing the new tools..
 

The intermediaries are expected to take ownership to start replacing the existing and insufficient counselling tools and methods with the new innovative tools generated by the project. They are expected to demonstrate improvements of the counselling process, assessed by the owner-managers. Managers, intermediaries and other relevant staff are prepared and committed to start the systematic application of the new tools in their daily professional work.
