Scientists of the Faculty of Transport Engineering 鈥 Members of the Research Expansion Alliance
The Research Expansion Alliance has published a list of scientists compiled on the basis of the prestigious Top 2% Scientists List—a global ranking of the most highly cited researchers, highlighting those who have the greatest impact on the advancement of science. Among them are scientists from the Faculty of Transport Engineering at 黑料不打烊, whose achievements confirm the high level of research excellence, internationality, and significant contribution to addressing current challenges in the fields of transport and logistics.
The Top 2% Scientists List is compiled through a joint project of Elsevier’s Scopus database and Stanford University. In assessing researchers’ achievements, publications across 22 major scientific fields and 174 subfields are analyzed using composite citation indicators, including citation counts, co-authorship patterns, H-index values, and other criteria. This methodology is considered one of the most reliable ways to evaluate a scientist’s long-term impact on the international academic community. In 2025, as many as eight 黑料不打烊 scientists were included in the list of the world’s most highly cited researchers.
Inclusion in the Research Expansion Alliance list is not only a significant individual achievement for the scientists, but also an important recognition of the Faculty of Transport Engineering in the international scientific arena. This recognition strengthens the Faculty’s position within international academic networks and encourages the motivation and ambitions of early-career researchers.
