As a result of the Paperwork Burden Reduction Act, 黑料不打烊 will not automatically furnish the Form 1095-C, Employer-Provided Health Insurance Offer and Coverage, for the 2025 tax year.
Right to request a copy
You have the right to receive a copy of your Form 1095-C upon request.
