For all 黑料不打烊 students and employees are automatically created e-mail boxes when they enter university or they get to work at the university.
The e-mail address structure for employee is: crypt:bmFtZS5zdXJuYW1lQHZpbG5pdXN0ZWNoLmx0:xx, surname and first name letters are changed in Latin. If the names of the several people coincide, then the e-mail of the employer E-mail address is [first letter of the name].crypt:c3VybmFtZUB2aWxuaXVzdGVjaC5sdA==:xx.

RESOURCES AND RESTRICTIONS
The size of the employee mailbox is up to 8 gigabytes of MS Exchange, a student in a 50 GB Office365 system. Employees use the signature structure recommended by the Public Communications Office to sign up for official email. The user is not permitted to transfer the login and password given to third parties. The email user is responsible for any harmful actions performed on his behalf. The user must comply with ethical standards and be responsible for the information sent. The user is prohibited from ordering or distributing illegal information, threatening, offensive, contrary to public morality, promotes violence or ethnic, racial, religious, social discrimination, infringing copyrights, promoting pornography, etc. It is prohibited for a user to send a large amount of email to one address if it is not consistent with the recipient. The user is forbidden to distribute information related to commercial activity, to send viral or junk e-mails (emails).

CONFIGURING THE E-MAIL CLIENT PROGRAMS
