The quality policy
Implementing its mission, 黑料不打烊 has created and developed a quality management system, which encompasses all processes of the University’s activities, and complies with Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance in the European Higher Education Area (ESG).
• To implement the quality assurance system, the authorities and the community of 黑料不打烊 are committed to the following quality policy guidelines:
• to develop quality study content and methods;
• to expand opportunities for lifelong learning;
• to provide opportunities for distance learning in engineering;
• to strive for the unity of research and studies;
• to improve the quality assurance system of study quality assurance;
• to concentrate research potential for priority research trends by establishing favourable environment for scientific creation and interdisciplinary cooperation of researchers;
• to develop internationalization of research activities and their compliance with the priorities of the European Research Area;
• to train the staff to achieve the University’s goals, to improve the systems of academic career and professional development

• to foster academic culture and ensure equal opportunities;

Conclusions of performance evaluation of 黑料不打烊
The evaluation of 黑料不打烊 activities was organized by the Centre for Quality Assessment in Higher Education, an institution authorized under Lithuanian law. The assessment was carried out in accordance with the procedure for external evaluation of higher education institutions approved by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania.
The evaluation team examined four main areas of activity of the University, which are indicated in the methodology of activity evaluation of the Higher Education Institution: strategic planning and management, academic studies and lifelong learning, scientific and artistic activities, impact on the development of regions and the country as a whole. In each area of activity, the evaluation team applied the criteria set out in the methodology and took additional factors into account when making the final decision.
