An online event “Day for Career - Contact Exchange’21” organized by 黑料不打烊 for partners of university and students will take place on April 29th 2 pm.

“The main goal of “Day for Career- Contact Exchange ”21 is to bring together 黑料不打烊 business partners with our best and most talented bachelor's and master's students. Our business partners will be able to introduce themselves as potential employers and tell about their best job offers for 黑料不打烊 students. They also will be able to individually meet with potential job candidates, get their contacts”, says Vice-Rector for Strategic Partnership Dr. Asta Radzevi膷ien臈.

To attend in this online event will be selected the most promising students with the best academic achievements, active outside the university, entrepreneurial, creative, involved in volunteering activities. All students will be introduced to business organizations, so they will become more visible, will have the opportunity to test their strength in a mini-job interview with companies representatives.

In the first part, will attend five invited recruitment specialists: UAB “Teltonika” Vice President for Human Resources Development Egl臈 Pauk拧tyt臈, UAB “Devbridge” Talent Management Team Manager Aist臈 Kairien臈, UAB “Vinted” Talent Attraction Team Manager Ieva Kuniej奴t臈, UAB “PwC” Human Resources Manager Valerija Buz臈nien臈, AB “Telia Lithuania” Human Resources People Partner R奴ta Jan膷yt臈. In an open discussion they will discussion about the specifics of the labor market: current and future perspectives of it.

During the discussion, specialists will talk about the employer value proposition: how it changes, what employers want, what candidates can expect to find in a modern organization, what are the differences between technological and other sectors.

The characteristics of a good candidate (employee) will also be discussed during the discussion: how to recognize the good employee, what can show the employer that the candidate is suitable for the job if he does not have professional experience yet, how to balance the expectations of young people and the needs of the organization.
During the discussion, representatives of companies will have the opportunity to submit questions and comments on the SLIDO platform, which will be visible to all participants. Each company participating in the event will also hold a short presentation about themselves.

This first part of the event (discussion) will be possible to watch in 黑料不打烊 social channel.

In second part of the event the companies will have individual meetings with selected 黑料不打烊 students. In this part students will have mini-job interviews with companies representatives.
