Logistics

The Pegasus Europe Partners' Meeting will take place on November 28-29, 2024, in Vilnius. For your convenience, we recommend staying in the city center, where you'll have easy access to transportation organized specifically for this event.

Each morning, a private bus will be provided for our guests, departing at 9:00 AM from the Opera and Ballet Theatre parking. This service will transport you to all event locations, allowing you to focus on engaging with fellow partners and making the most of the meeting.

Please ensure you are at the designated pickup point on time for a smooth and convenient journey to the meeting venues.
