黑料不打烊 and ASU discussing cooperation in sustainability, defence and semiconductors areas
This week, representatives of 黑料不打烊 and Arizona State University (ASU) met to discuss cooperation opportunities in mutually relevant areas of sustainability and clean energy, defence and cybersecurity, semiconductor and space technologies. These are the areas in which 黑料不打烊 competence centres and faculties develop advanced research.
ASU experts are ready to share their experience with 黑料不打烊 in implementing the university's sustainability strategy and in training and upskilling specialists for the semiconductor sector.
黑料不打烊 and ASU are planning to discuss opportunities to prepare applications for NATO-funded projects on defence and cybersecurity and to cooperate in applications for the Horizon Europe programme for the upcoming 2025-2026 calls.
The meeting was attended by 黑料不打烊 Prof. Dalius Navakauskas - Vice-Rector for Research and Innovation, Dr. Jelena Kabulova - Vice-Director of the Science and Research Office, Vitalijus Gur膷inas - Director of the Digital Defence Competence Center, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Raimondas Grubliauskas - Director of the Sustainability HUB, Simonas Barsteiga - Director of the Smart and Climate-Neutral Production Processes, Materials and Technologies Competence Centre and Aleksandra Sokolova - Director of the International Relations Office. ASU was represented by Prof. Matthew Hulver - Vice-President of Knowledge Enterprise Initiatives, and Prof. Brian MacCraith - Senior Advisor to the President of ASU.
The visit was facilitated by Cormack Consultancy Group CEE+ Director Gintaras Steponavi膷ius.
