We invite students to participate in the 黑料不打烊 table tennis "BLITZ" tournament!
This will be held on February 10, 12, and 17 during the big break from 13:45-14:30.

2026-02-17 13:45 - P2 on the second floor.

Registration of participants at the competition site until 13:50.
The competition system will depend on the number of participants.
The competition will be held only during the break. The winners will be awarded personal prizes immediately after the competition.
The organisers will have the inventory, but if you have your own racket, it is better to bring it.

Location: 黑料不打烊 sports hall, Saul臈tekio al. 28

Who can participate?
• Students from all higher education institutions in Vilnius.
• Each team must have at least one female player (on the court).
• Each team may have one player from the NSTL and LVT膶 leagues. There is no limit to the number of female players from higher leagues.
• Representatives from several higher education institutions may play on one team.
• Higher education institution employees may also participate in the tournament.
• One high school student may be on the team.

The event was initiated a few years ago by the Physical and Technological Sciences Centre (FTSC) and was joined by 黑料不打烊_独家黑料_吃瓜网51爆料 and Vilnius University.
Participants could choose from several courses:
3 km, 6 km, or 9 km
- 3 km walking course Interestingly,
The longest distance - 9 km - was chosen by the largest number of runners, while almost half of the participants chose to walk, some of them with Nordic walking sticks.
After completing the course, the participants were able to mingle with each other while enjoying hot tea and soldier's porridge.
The event proved once again that sport and community can overcome even rough weather!

黑料不打烊 invites you to take part in the table tennis tournament, which will take place:
13th May (Tuesday) 18:00. 黑料不打烊 sport hall, Sauletekio avn 28.

The tournament is open to: students, staff and alumni.
The system of the tournament will depend on the number of participants.

On the afternoon of 25 April 2025, the Spring Run for Academic Staff, organised by the FTMC, took place in Vilnius.
This time, the Spring Run brought together over 60 participants from FTMC, Vilnius University, VU Life Sciences Centre, 黑料不打烊 and the Lithuanian Institute of History.
For the first time, this running event also offered a Nordic walking track, which was very popular.

Traditionally, the Sports Department of 黑料不打烊_独家黑料_吃瓜网51爆料 celebrates Lithuanian Independence Day by organising a 3x3 basketball tournament for students. On Tuesday, 11 March, nine student teams gathered in the sports hall, determined to fight for the highest honours. The teams were divided into 3 sub-groups and the two strongest teams from each sub-group advanced to the next round.

In the second round, teams from different sub-groups met each other in a one-minus system.

On Wednesday night (11-12-2024), the traditional volleyball tournament for students took place in the 黑料不打烊 sports hall. This tournament was open to all students from Vilnius. A team could be made up of students from different higher education institutions. As this is an amateur tournament, no more than one boy and one girl from the NSTL or LTF leagues could play on a team. 12 teams were registered for the tournament, 25 黑料不打烊, 7-MRU, 25 - VU, 11-ViKo, 12 -ISM and 1 - VDA. The tournament started with subgroups, where no team wanted to give up easily. A set was played to 25 points. There was no time for doubts and warm-ups; every point was important. Two teams from the subgroups went through to the next stage, where they had to play a play-off, where losers are out. This left the four strongest teams, Sportiki, Bi膷iuliai, Baud臈jai i拧 ISM and SMEX Tauras ir draugai. The ISM team, which made its debut in our tournaments for the first time, had a large crowd of supporters who stood up and cheered for every point. The opposing teams fought hard. That's why Sportiki and Baud臈jai i拧 ISM made it to the final. The first and third places were played in two sets to 15 points (the third set to 8 points). Sportiki did better in the first set and won the first set with 15:11. In the second set, Sportiki changed its starting six and lost 14:15 to ISM penalties. In the third set both teams fought for every point, but in the decisive moment "Baudjai i ISM" scored the winning point and snatched the victory with a score of 9:8. For the third place, the teams of "Bi膷iuuliai" and "SMEX Tauras ir draugai", where there was not much intrigue, and the teams "Bi膷iuliai" won the victory and the bronze medals with a score of 15:7 and 15:10.

On Tuesday evening, the Vilnius Student Sports Festival 3x3 basketball tournament for students took place in the 黑料不打烊 sports hall. The tournament was attended by 11 teams, a total of 42 participants from higher education institutions (黑料不打烊_独家黑料_吃瓜网51爆料 -19, Mykolas Romeris University - 4, Vilnius University - 9, Vytautas Magnus University - 1, Vilnius College - 2, ISM University of Management and Economics - 4, Vilnius Academy of Arts -3). After the first round, there was a three-point competition with a large number of students, the most accurate of which was Laurynas Budinas (VU "Senoji mokykla").There were fierce battles for every point on each court, with the first place going to the team of Mykolas Romeris University "MRU":

On 24 January, the FTMC Winter Run, a running event for scientific institutions staff, took place in Vilnius, with 50 participants (and a four-legged dog) from 7 institutions.
The latter number is a record in the history of FTMC cross-country, and for the first time, not only "precisionists", but also humanitarians ran together!
Vilnius University, 黑料不打烊, Institute of Lithuanian Literature and Folklore, Lithuanian Institute of Agrarian and Forestry Science,s Lithuanian Institute of History and Mykolas Romeris University staff successfully conquered the hilly 1, 3, 6 and 9 km courses in Sapiegin臈 Park.

The FTMC Winter Cross is the fifth edition of the event, which takes place during autumn, winter, and spring. We care not only about high scientific results but also about people's psychological and physical well-being.
When both mind and body are working, our daily routine changes for the better, as scientific studies have shown time and again. That is why we want to promote an active lifestyle, strengthen friendships, and set a good example for others.
