Staff mobility for teaching offers academic staff the opportunity to share their expertise and strengthen international cooperation by delivering lectures or seminars at a partner higher education institution abroad.

CALL FOR 鈥淓RASMUS+鈥� VISITS (2026-2027 AUTUMN)

The results of the applications will be announced by聽22th聽of June, 2026.

Staff mobility visits should take place by聽31st of January, 2027 (European countries) or by 30th of June, 2027 (other countries).

Selection process

The selection of participants is organised by the faculties in accordance with the Regulations for Staff Mobility under the Erasmus+ Programme.

Inter-institutional agreement

For a teaching visit to take place, an Erasmus+ inter-institutional agreement between Vilnius Tech and the host institution must be signed.

Teaching requirements

The mobility must include a minimum of 8 teaching hours per week, or proportionally fewer hours if the visit is shorter.

Important dates

Selections for Erasmus+ staff mobility take place twice a year:

  • Spring selection: 惭补测鈥揓耻苍别
  • Winter selection: 顿别肠别尘产别谤鈥揓补苍耻补谤测

Applications are submitted via mano.vilniustech.lt. After logging in, you will be redirected to the Mobility Online platform.
Details about the selection process are published on mano.vilniustech.lt and sent to each staff member by email.

Before mobility

To ensure a smooth process, please complete the following steps before your departure:

Complete the mobility agreement and grant agreement via the Mobility Online platform.
Review financial conditions
Check the fixed travel cost details
Complete the request via mano.vilniustech.lt following the provided instructions.
Coordinate with your faculty Erasmus+ coordinator to agree on the goals and expected outcomes of the visit.
Plan your travel: Tickets and accommodation can only be purchased after the secondment request is approved.
Collect the Confirmation of Performed Staff Mobility with the original signature from the host institution.
Discuss opportunities for collaboration between institutions.
Encourage academic exchange by inviting staff and students to visit 黑料不打烊.
Submit all documents confirming the visit and travel via Mobility Online.
Complete the report through mano.vilniustech.lt.
Fill in the European Commission survey within 30 days after your visit (a link will be sent automatically by email).
Present the outcomes and insights gained during the mobility to the 黑料不打烊 community.
Programme countries (EU)

黑料不打烊 welcomes incoming staff from other European universities to deliver lectures.

In the case of a teaching visit, the Erasmus+ inter-institutional cooperation agreement is required.
Duration of the teaching mobility 鈥� up to 3 working days.
Please contact your home university regarding funding and documents needed.

黑料不打烊 welcomes incoming staff from partner universities for a teaching visit.

All nominations are processed by the International Office.
