All ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ students, except first-year students, can participate in the Erasmus+ programme. Students has the opportunity to spend at least 2 months studying at another European higher education institution during the autumn or spring semester.
Applicants must have a grade point average of at least 7,5 from all completed academic years and the most recent semester.
The total mobility period cannot exceed 12 months per study cycle (or 24 months for integrated study programmes).
The following students are not eligible to participate:
- students of bridging (supplementary) studies;
- students on academic leave;
- students with academic and/or financial debts.

Before you fill the application you must find out the offered courses (and credits) at partner’s home website and have a consultation with your faculty Erasmus+ coordinator about the suitability of courses to your study programme.
Bachelor’s and Master’s students who apply for EU countries have to fill and submit the online application in Mobility Online.
You must obtain an official Letter of Acceptance/Invitation from the host university with official semester dates.
Upload it to Mobility Online.
Fill and sign Digital Learning Agreement.

- Travel distance means the distance between the place of origin (the place where the institution is located and the place of activity), and "amount" means the funds allocated to cover the costs of travel to and from the place of activity. Check the distance .
- Green travel this is a trip that uses low-emission vehicles, such as buses, trains, or trips with fellow travellers (Erasmus+ participants) using the same vehicle.
- Proof of Green Travel Students who choose Green travel receive a higher travel grant depending on the travel distance. It is mandatory to upload to the Mobility Online system documents proving Green travel (bus or train tickets, fuel receipts and etc.), and Declaration of Honour.
- Group 1: Ireland, Denmark, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Norway, Finland, Sweden, Faroe Islands, Switzerland, UK €674 per month
- Group 2: Austria, Belgium, Greece, Spain, Italy, Cyprus, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, France, Germany €674 per month
- Group 3: Bulgaria, North Macedonia, Czechia, Estonia, Croatia, Latvia, Poland, Lithuania, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Türkiye, Hungary, Serbia €606 per month
The scholarship partially covers travel, insurance, and visa costs, so it is recommended to have an additional source of funding to cover living expenses in the host country. The scholarship is paid in two instalments: 80% (upon submission of all documents before departure) and 20% (upon submission of all necessary documents after Erasmus+ studies). During Erasmus+ studies, the payment of other types of scholarships and/or loans is not interrupted.
1. Additional financial support may be available for disadvantaged individuals who belong to the vulnerable groups in the community may be eligible for additional financial support.
- for long-term mobility €250 per month
- for short-term mobility of 5–14 days €100
- for short-term mobility of 15–30 days €150
2. Additional financial support for green travel
Students who choose green travel options—such as train, bus, or carpooling—may incur higher travel costs compared to air travel, depending on the distance. To encourage sustainable mobility, additional financial support is available for those opting for eco-friendly transportation.
3. Individual grant based on actual costs spend
Support for special needs may be granted to students who have already been awarded an Erasmus+ mobility grant to cover the following expenses:
- Measures and/or services, depending on special needs, the nature of the illness/disability. The need for these expenses must be justified by medical documents, i.e., the need for the aids and/or services for which you are requesting additional support must be confirmed by a medical document issued by a doctor. It should be noted that the latter document must clearly indicate what specific services you will need during your studies or internship abroad, and how many of them. Support will be provided to cover the actual costs incurred.
- To cover the living and travel costs of an accompanying person, if justified.

The Erasmus+ programme aims to support the educational, professional and personal development of the participating students and graduates. It also seeks to promote equal opportunities and access, inclusion, diversity and fairness across all its actions.
Finally, the programme contributes to achieving the EU’s goals related to digital transformation, sustainable development and active citizenship.
The Erasmus Student Charter reflects the above-mentioned values and priorities, aiming to adequately inform participants about their entitlements and obligations and ensure the successful implementation of their mobility.
Please enter the dates from the Acceptance Letter in the Request, otherwise it will be rejected.
Please fill and sign the Grant Agreement at least one month before the start of your Erasmus+ studies.
Changes are allowed within 1 month of arrival and must be coordinated with your faculty Erasmus+ coordinator and the host university via Mobility Online – DLA Changes.
Students must upload the following documents to Mobility Online:
- Certificate of Attendance confirming the study period (signed and stamped);
- Transcript of Records with academic results;
- EU Survey (online questionnaire) will be sent to the student’s email address;
- Request to continue studies at ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ via Mobility Online;
- Share your experience with the ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ community and submit Travel report questionnaire Mobility Online.

The total mobility period cannot exceed 12 months per study cycle (or 24 months for integrated study programmes).
