Staff mobility for training offers academic and administrative staff the opportunity to enhance their professional skills and gain international experience through activities directly related to their daily work.

CALL FOR 鈥淓RASMUS+鈥� VISITS (2026-2027 AUTUMN)

The results of the applications will be announced by听22^th听of June, 2026.

Staff mobility visits should take place by听31^st of January, 2027 (European countries) or by 30^th of June, 2027 (other countries).

Selection process is organized by the International Relations Office in accordance with Erasmus+ Programme regulations.

Unlike teaching mobility, a signed Erasmus+ inter-institutional agreement is not necessary for training visits.

Training mobility may include: Courses and workshops; Job shadowing; International Staff Weeks; Other professional development events.

Important dates

Selections for Erasmus+ staff mobility take place twice a year:

Spring selection: May – June.
Winter selection: December – January.

Applications are submitted via mano.vilniustech.lt. After logging, you will be redirected to the Mobility Online platform.

Details about the selection process are published on mano.vilniustech.lt and sent to each staff member by email.

Complete the mobility and grant agreements (via Mobility Online)

Review fixed subsistence

Check the fixed travel cost details

Submit secondment request (via mano.vilniustech.lt) according to the isntructions provided

Coordinate with your faculty Erasmus+ coordinator to agree on the goals and expected outcomes of the visit.

Travel tickets and accomodation can only be purchased if the secondment request is approved.

Collect the Confirmation of Performed Staff Mobility with the original signature from the host institution.

Discuss opportunities for collaboration between institutions.

Encourage academic exchange by inviting staff and students to visit 黑料不打烊.

Submit all documents confirming the visit and travel via Mobility Online.

Complete the report through mano.vilniustech.lt.

Fill in the European Commission survey within 30 days after your visit (a link will be sent automatically by email).

Present the outcomes and insights gained during the mobility to the 黑料不打烊 community.

黑料不打烊 welcomes incoming staff from other European universities to participate in training activities (workshops, meetings, international staff weeks).

In the case of a training visit, the Erasmus+ inter-institutional cooperation agreement is not required.

Duration of the training mobility 鈥� up to 3 working days.

Please contact your home university regarding funding and documents needed.

Please note that we receive a large number of Erasmus+ staff mobility requests, and it is not possible to accommodate all applicants.

The grant is awarded as a fixed amount that does not depend on the participant鈥檚 actual expenses.

Notce

Travel distancemeans the distance between the place of origin (the place where the institution is located and the place of activity), and "amount" means the funds allocated to cover the costs of travel to and from the place of activity. Check the distance .
Green travelthis is a trip that uses low-emission vehicles, such as buses, trains, or trips with fellow travellers using the same vehicle.

All nominations are processed by the International Office.
