The dissertation examines the selection of the terms and conditions for construction contracts, contract types, and pricing combinations. The study focuses on the management of construction contracts and pricing. The dissertation鈥檚 main objective is to create a multi-criteria evaluation model for selecting construction contract terms and conditions and pricing using combined decision-making methods. The dissertation consists of an introduction, three chapters, general conclusions, lists of references and the author鈥檚 publications on the topic of the dissertation. The Introduction discusses the research problem, the relevance of the work, describes the object of the study, formulates the aim and objectives of the work, describes the research methodology, the scientific novelty of the work, the practical significance of the results of the work, and the defendable statements. At the end of the Introduction, the author presents publications and conference presentations related to the topic of the dissertation and describes its structure. The First Chapter provides an analytical overview of the latest research, aims to define the state legal regulation of the model of construction contracts and pricing, and identifies the main stakeholders in selecting the model of construction contracts and pricing for construction works. The chapter concludes with the conclusions and refined objectives of the dissertation. The Second Chapter presents summarised data on the selection of construction contract terms and conditions, the risks associated with their implementation in construction projects, and their impact on construction works. A theoretical model is proposed for selecting general and special terms and conditions of construction contracts using combined multi-criteria decision-making methods. Mathematical algorithms are also presented to price construction contracts, select contract types and recalculate construction contract prices according to the construction cost price index. The Third Chapter presents the application of the proposed model in selecting the terms and conditions of construction contracts, as well as the application of mathematical algorithms for selecting the type of automated construction contract and pricing combination and recalculating the price of construction contracts according to the construction cost index in a real project case. Seven scientific articles have been published on the topic of the dissertation: two in Web of Science-indexed journals, three in other indexed research journals, two in international peer-reviewed conference proceedings. Four presentations on the dissertation topic were delivered at Lithuanian and international conferences, and the work鈥檚 results were presented at a seminar at Bialystok University of Technology. The dissertation examines the application of neuromarketing methods for evaluating investments in the real estate of the built environment. The object of the research is a method for evaluating real estate investment projects that integrates traditional criteria, sustainability aspects, and neuromarketing data. The dissertation aims to create the INVERT (neuroemotional assessment method for multi-criteria analysis of investment real estate) method and a decision support system based on such a method, INTESA (investment asset valuation decision support system), for the objective evaluation and optimisation of investment objects. The dissertation consists of an introduction, four chapters, general conclusions, a list of references and a list of the author鈥檚 publications on the topic. The introductory chapter discusses the research problem, the relevance, describes the research object, formulates the aim and objectives, presents the scientific novelty and outlines the defendable statements. The introduction concludes with lists of the author鈥檚 conference presentations and publications, followed by the dissertation structure. The First Chapter analyses a holistic methodological approach to the evaluation of built environment projects in the context of multi-layered (macro, meso, and micro) environmental factors. The conclusions of the chapter reveal the transformation of building development models, the need to integrate the emotional component, and the validity of emotional measurement technologies. The Second Chapter presents the developed INVERT neuromarketing data analysis system, which integrates the measurement, analysis, and visualisation of emotional, biometric, and environmental parameters. The effectiveness of the system has been empirically verified by analysing investors鈥� emotional reactions to investment projects in Vilnius City using the MAPS (Multimodal Analytics for Public Spaces) technological infrastructure. The Third Chapter analyses the range of investment project evaluation problems, formulates a scientific hypothesis about the necessity of a holistic methodology, and presents the developed INVERT method, which integrates the principles of neuromarketing and multi-criteria evaluation methods. The chapter covers a multi-criteria analysis of neuromarketing data, presents the results of calculations, and identifies optimal alternatives that ensure objective decision-making for the stakeholder groups. The Fourth Chapter empirically analyses the impact of macroeconomic factors and the construction sector on GDP, forming correlation and regression models for the analysis, modelling, and forecasting of the construction industry. The research results were discussed at two scientific conferences; the key research findings were published in three journals indexed in the Clarivate Analytics Web of Science database.
