In final master thesis, the light reflectance as function of the wavelength was analyzed for the different textured surface morphology of the crystalline silicon. Chapter 1 revises the scientific literature used. It provides analysis of an energy potential, review of the solar cell developments, and brief description of the modeling programs. Chapter 2 describes the simulation programs OPAL2 and Wafer ray tracer. Chapter 3 describes the results of the modeling. The reflection losses increases with decreasing facet angle of the surface texture for crystalline silicon with or without antireflection coating, in results decrease of generated current density. After analyzing the results of the modeling, the conclusions of the final thesis are presented.
Thesis structure: introduction, review of literature, methodology, results of the modeling, conclusions and references.
Thesis consist of 74 p. text without annexes, 44 pictures, 5 tables, 48 bibliographical entries.

According to the tasks of the thesis, methodics and course of experiment were determined. Measured vaporized derivatives of volt-ampere characteristics. Were analyzed, how resistivity of derivative are changing, while layer of germanium being bigger: while material's layer getting smaller, the photo voltage is getting bigger. Anomalous high photo voltage values were not get, only several dozens of series of microvolts. Surface structures of derivatives were examined聽 by scanning electron microscope, which possibly can clarify absence of anomalous high photo voltage.

The converssion efficiency of defects containing solar cells and panels under shading conditions was investigated in this final master degree thesis. It was found the correlations between solar cells electric properties and shadow depth and form. The efficiency dependence of solar cell under partial shading was investigated considering the features of electromagnetic wave.
It was find out that electric power, produced by solar cell, is reverse proportional to whole shaded area. Also it was estabilished that photovoltaic module, which is made of parallel connected defects containing solar cells, efficiency depends on shadow zone area, however it do not depend on zone configuration. On the contrary, shadow zone configuration affects series connected solar cells efficiency. It was find out that polycrystalline solar cell efficiency does not depend on the form of shadow zone. Finally it was found out that partically shaded solar cell efficiency decrease proportionally depending on shadowed zone light intensity.
