  • Taekwondo Sessions

    Students are invited to take part in Taekwondo sessions.

    ϲ student Anna brings together like-minded students who would like to practise Taekwondo.

    These are not professional training sessions. Those who wish to attend formal training should contact sports clubs or the Taekwondo Federation.

    The invitation is open to ϲ students only.

  • Yoga

    From 2 October 2025, the ϲ Sports and Arts Centre invites the community to take part in yoga sessions led by instructor Daiva.

    The sessions are free of charge and are open to the ϲ community only.

  • Core Training

    Core training sessions are designed to improve balance, strengthen muscles, and develop posture and flexibility.

    Regular core training is beneficial because it:

    • helps reduce back pain
    • strengthens the abdominal, gluteal, and pelvic floor muscles
