Registration
You can choose from 11 different sports programmes:
TRX
Body Balance
- Training Duration: 60 minutes
- Intensity: Moderate
- Muscle Groups: The training programme is tailored individually according to each participant鈥檚 physical condition.
- What to Bring: Sportswear
Sessions are already in progress 鈥� students are invited to register.
Students who have selected one of the modules are recommended to attend sessions twice a week.
This programme provides individually tailored exercises to strengthen specific muscle groups and improve overall physical fitness. Sessions include stretching, stabilisation, strength, endurance, balance, and coordination exercises. Group sizes are small.

Mobility and Core
Cross Training
- Training Duration: 60 minutes
- Intensity: Moderate
- Muscle Groups: An effective workout for all muscle groups
- What to Bring: Sportswear; footwear is not required as the training takes place on mats

Students who have selected one of the modules are recommended to attend sessions twice a week.
Cross Training
Cross training is a type of physical activity that combines strength and cardiovascular training. Sessions include complex exercises that engage multiple muscle groups at the same time, helping to improve overall physical fitness.
Cross training helps to develop strength, endurance, flexibility, and coordination, while also reducing the risk of injury. It is suitable for both athletes and beginners who want to strengthen muscles, increase endurance, improve muscle balance and joint stability, and maintain overall physical fitness.

Fitboxing
- Training Duration: 60 minutes
- Intensity: high
- Muscle Groups: All muscle groups. Develops endurance and strength.
- What to Bring: Sportswear and clean sports footwear
Sessions are already in progress 鈥� students are invited to register!
Students who have selected one of the modules are recommended to attend sessions twice a week.
1) basic kickboxing techniques;
2) combat kickboxing techniques;
3) functional training;
4) active games.
